Our Place

Delivering a Whole Place

Daedalus Waterfront is more than a regeneration project, it’s the creation of a complete place. A place delivered one carefully curated phase at a time. A place thoughtfully designed for people, shaped by its past, and built for the future.

From restored heritage buildings and green squares, to vibrant workspaces and the revitalised Hovercraft Museum, everything is designed to support a rich, balanced way of life. Every detail has been considered—from where children will play to how neighbours will meet, from welcoming first-time buyers, families, and retirees, to attracting innovators and entrepreneurs.

Daedalus Waterfront will be a proud part of Lee-on-the-Solent once again. A place where people feel at home, whether living, working, playing or visiting.

Our Masterplan

Our Daedalus Waterfront masterplan sets out a carefully considered, mixed-use framework combining residential, employment, heritage, green infrastructure, and community assets.

Designed around a series of distinct character areas and delivered through a phased approach, the plan supports sustainable place creation over time. By embedding opportunities for living, working, learning, and leisure within a cohesive spatial strategy, the masterplan ensures Daedalus Waterfront evolves as a connected, resilient, and vibrant waterside community—not just a destination, but a place with a strong identity and lasting purpose.
